So i simulated a few seasons last night in MyGM and for the first 2 years all the stats seemed to be pretty realistic. but then in year 3 i started to notice my games were super low scoring like barley no games over 90 points and at first i thought maybe i was just locking everyone down on defense ect cuz i had a really good team and i was messing around and had like 3 really good SF so i had one playing PF and then had Durant at Center lmao. but the at the end of the year i noticed i won MVP wit dangelo russel who only had 13 ppg. so i looked at the stats and league leader had 21ppg and no one else had more then 20. the highest rebounder had only 8rpg. everyone registered regular minutes played and stuff but the stats were all way too low. has anyone else experianced this at all? i used the draft class downloads all 3 years to but other then that all the settings were normal

I'm in year 8 or 9 of a sim save and I noticed the opposite. So many player averaging high 20s and several 30+ scorers. First three draft classes I went with custom and have done generated since.
The MVP of the league the last two seasons has a been a center (on my team) averaging something like 13 ppg. Granted, he was also the DPOY both seasons with 3+ steals and blocks. I also haven't had an allstar in two seasons, ie, the MVP hasn't made the allstar game in either of the seasons he's won MVP. The formula is a bit out of whack I think.
btw, MyGM breaks somewhat easily like the last few games. It took me a couple seasons longer than before, however now with the level upgrades my entire roster is around 80+ (starters 90+), most of the team on their rookie deals, and my most recent season I hit 72 wins with several key injuries. This coming after 69 and then the seasons before was I around 50-60. But I think I finally broke it to where I'm going to consistently have 75-undefeated seasons, while rotating rookie deals (which I'm already done), and being able to draft most of the lottery (also doing). Like last year's game.
That's unfortunate. Once I hit 82-0 or retire out every real active player I'll start a new save. I think the MyGM level upgrades ruined the mode again, though. -

Check to see if the shot clock has changed. If it gets changed as a league rule, it wreaks havoc on scoring (which is realistic even if the fact that it gets rule changed isn't.)MLB: New York Yankees

Yeah, There are like 3-4 options that I've seen that can affect the time clock which can affect scoring as the above post said.Comment
