Can the button prompt to be the coach be quicker?

Sorry if this has been posted but maybe this can be looked at for the next patch. When calling timeouts etc. there is a big delay before the be the coach button appears. It takes toooo long for the button to appear and it breaks the immersion. I am just trying to make my adjustments and get back to the game. Can the button just appear without waiting for the coach animation to finish?

Same with the trampoline dunks. I would like to skip that as well. Anyone else feels that non-essential scenes etc. need to be skippable? Sorry if this thread has been created.

Once it goes you can never get it back first that should be fixed.
