My offensive consistency is a 40 and I can only boost this by doing the dribble drill in practice which is not always available and only rewards me +1

Ya, I need an easier method.. I can't play 40 seasons just to see this thing reach 80

The catch though another guy from here on OS on my friends list told me they don't stick. Well they do but when you go to a Park and check your attributes they don't reflect there. I'm sure they stick for My Career. The thing I want to know is do they stick for Proam as that's where they would really be useful.

I looked at my 2k Park Card and compared it to my Career Card. The numbers are not even lol some are higher in Park and others are higher in Career

Offensive Consistency is 41 in Career but 50 in Park

Draw Foul is 99 in Career but only 42 in Park

There are more discrepancies but ya I see your point, smh
