Pro Am Ranking Reset - Top 100 to 4000

My Pro Am team was (is) top 100, Elite 2 on PS4. After a game last night we checked, and it now says Rank 4020 and Amateur. I thought it was a glitch, but checked again this morning and it still says the same thing. The ranking actually got lower. Has this happened to anybody else, and if so does it eventually auto correct itself?

Nearly 100 views, and no comments? Are we the lucky team and no one else has experienced this?

Had that happen to us last year, went from rank #2 to #30000 after a win, we just kept playing and after like 10 more Ws it went back to the original rank. If I was you I'd play some games and if it doesn't help just contact 2k

I think I recall this happening to my squad last year, but it fixed itself. I imagine it will do the same for yours too.

My team on Xbox is an Elite team and were on the east coast. Every time we play a west coast team it drops our tier down to amateur and shows a completely different ranking. It even happened in 2K16. After we play a few more games it always fixes itself. Maybe this is what you are going through.
