Re: THE PASSING IS KILLING THE REALISM. ACCURACY AND SPEED

im starting to think that ratings don't even factor when it comes to playing the CPU on HOF.....If the CPU wants to do it, he will do it.

Now tendencies is a different story. Ive did some extensive editing with tendencies and they seem to have a strong correlation on the court. They need to put in another tendency of "making the extra pass"... This tendency will correlate with how often and quickly a player will look to see if someone is open.

A lot of big man do not make the extra pass in real life. Its either they are running the play or a shot is going up, they rarely hunt for assist ... But on 2k...

the passing speed is ridiculous and kills the game for me when the cpu breaks out of a play and just starts throwing the ball around the court. everyone is throwing a 90 MPH chest pass and i'm just sitting here waiting for the shot clock to run out because you can't defend that

I posted same somewhere else so here it goes...

Can anyone in nba or not make this pass that fast, that easy, that accurate, that long, that not floaty at all!?!?

I don't believe this pass can be real pr succesful in real life 1 out of 100 tries in that traffic.

Well i rest my case about what happened to passing after patch especially.

Terrible. Kyrie is not that strong and not that good of a passer. AND. That is a sports science pass

They need to bring back using the triangle button (PS4) for the high arching entry pass.

Now, if I was dump the ball down to my guy posting up, it's a rocket pass, and/or the ball gets intercepted by the guy guarding me.

This reasoning cracks me up.

It isn't our fault. It's 2K's fault that they can find a middle ground. It's their fault many of the passes are ultra unrealistic. Not ours.

People say this about the scrawny body types too. "It's your guys' fault, you wanted skinnier models!!!' No, we wanted more realistic models because a lot of guys were too thick in 2K. It's not our fault 2K still flubbed it up by going to the extreme.

It depend on how you felt about passing pre patch. I never thought the passing speeds were bad. However, if you thought they were slow i get your point.

I think a lot of passes were good, and others not so much.

I have more issues with the over-the-head passes to a guy who's 3 feet from you, etc. And I hate they took away the lob entry pass this year and replaced it with the 'skip pass'.

Either way, it isn't our fault that things are messed up.
