Loose balls go back to the offensive team WAY TOO MUCH

This has been an issue for years. Either they don't see it as a big enough problem to fix, or they can't.

It's brought up year after year and brought to their attention and it never gets tweaked. Idk.

The solution is to make intense d make the user player go to the ball automatically for defensive players only.

It's with rebounds as well. Rebounds are so obviously scripted it's not even funny. The ball always seems to conveniently bounce towards the offensive team. Boxouts don't even matter on this game. Unless you get lucky enough to get a over the back call.

I think a lot of issues in this game get blown a little out of proportion. However, this is an issue that is legitimately annoying. It seems to be something to keep the number of steals/turnovers down. Think of how many steals you would have had in a given game if you'd gotten half of those "50/50" balls.

I'd even be OK with the ball going back to the offense the majority of the time, but I wish there was at least an animation where the offensive player rips the ball away from the defender's grasp. Just something so that the computer doesn't warp to the ball and then immediately toss a pass over my teammates' heads for an easy score. Lots of times my poking the ball loose results in an easy 2 for the other team. It's one of the few rage-inducing issues I have with the game.

This happens ALL THE TIME and it's incredibly annoying. It's like the defender thinks because he knocked it loose he automatically gets the ball so he can take his merry time picking it up.

It wouldn't bother me as much if it didn't lead to a WIDE OPEN basket 90% of the time.

Although this is a problem, i hate when you lose the ball on offense and it's right at your feet and the defensive player is more than two feet away and your player gets stuck in some animation like they're an old lady lost in a grocery store and JUST STANDS THERE?!!? Wtf! Pick the ball up! It's literally right there!

Didn't they try to tweak it in a patch last year, or maybe the year before?
