Badge Progress Carry Over?

I was wondering if anyone knew if your badge progress from a previous season carries over into the next?

Re: Badge Progress Carry Over?

I think only your HOF Badges Carry Over.

If all of them carry over, then that would make the game waaay more fun. I'd sim most games and only play the fun ones.

If I could sim the majority and use like 10-15 seasons to play a full career and earn badges, I'd not consider it a Grind as much.

Was wondering about this also. I have my 5 gold badges already for shot creator. But I'm already at the All-Star break. So if I don't get hall of fame for my badges this season, will my progress carry over to next season? Or do I start over again?

All of your main 5 Gold badges will carry over.

That's a relief. i don't want to spend my 1st season grinding and averaging 75ppg.

I think you need to get the HOF badges within an 82 game span, but not necessarily within the same season

Re: Badge Progress Carry Over?

Just posted this in another thread and then saw this one so worth a copy and paste...

Can confirm that for at least Chasedown Artist the regular bronze badge can be unlocked across multiple seasons...

I got 2 chasedown blocks in season 1 (I am a lumbering 7'3" centre so they aren't easy to come by) and got my 3rd in game 4 of season 2 last night. Badge unlocked.

Am hoping now that I have it at gold (Paint Protector) it will make it easier to get chasedown blocks and turn that sucker into HOF.

Re: Badge Progress Carry Over?

hmmm, maybe it's 82 games starting from when you did the first thing? Like it was 82 games starting from your first chasedown block
