Is it me, or is cutting through the paint less physical?

I agree wholeheartedly with OP. This was something very good and balanced and i even wowed when the game first released and after patches i don't know what happened and yea we really feel bad about most of the time. I hope that 1.0.5 is going to save the year for us.
