I don't really understand why they limited the amount of attribute bars we can unlock in the first place. I also think that locking 10 of the bars behind the insane grind that is MyPark, a mode that not everyone likes or has access to, is absolutely ridiculous.

If you don't play online PARK, there are YouTube tutorials on how to get to 98 overall. Just don't bring that guy to the park and walk around a rookie. You'd look glitched.
