It is supposed to be addressed in the next patch. It has been a big problem since launch.

I'd just like to turn off CPU double-teaming (or player momentum) entirely in Scrimmage mode, so that if I'm practicing stuff that funnels shots to a particular player, I don't have the whole exercise distorted by that CPU behavior.
