Teach me how to get bailout offensive rebounds after awful shots.

Everyone I play online seems to get them, so why can't I? Every shot I take is boarded by the defense because their guys can boxout perfectly.

The 2 main instances are when I contest a poor layup perfectly, but the other guy's center is right there to scoop it up. The other is when he shoots a wild 3 & it's a long rebound, the offense ALWAYS gets it back.

I'm offensively outrebounded by at least a 2 to 1 ratio every game and I'm sick of it. Boxing out is a junior high level skill that isn't hard to master.

No doubt, a lot of times this game penalizes your team for good defense. If the center blocks a ball or has tight defense on a shot it goes back to the offensive player. Offensive player can move freely after animations and defensive player is stuck or speed is reduced so slow that defensive player can't make a play on the rebound or blocked ball.
