I'm creating this thread to share tickets for issues raised with 2K support. If you have any tickets to share, and the update status, please share it here.
The purpose of this thread is to help you guys find if the bug issues raised is already what we call as KNOWN ISSUES and if a fix is on the way. It would also help save you time and repetition of threads.
Once again, this thread is to share the update status of tickets raised with 2K that might benefit others who has similar issues. This is neither a wish list thread nor a bugs found thread. It's those with 2K tickets or service request.

Let me start with this one:
Issue description: MyCAREER phone message shows 1 unread message but there is no new message
2K Request No.: 1908038
Ticket Status: CLOSED
Issue raised: Every time I enter the MyCOURT, whether after practice or after loading MyCAREER, message vibrates the controller and it shows "1". But all messages have already been read and there is no new message.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with MyCAREER messages alerts in NBA 2K17. I understand how disheartening it can be to experience setbacks and obstacles in the games we dedicate so much of our time to. We as gamers do get passionate about our games and I see why receiving message alerts and no new messages can cause so much frustration.
Thankfully, the development team has been notified about this issue and are currently working toward a solution. However, we do not have visibility on their progress here in customer support, and therefore don't have a timeline on when a fix will be implemented.
As soon as that information will be available, our players will be the first to know. I suggest that you keep an eye on our @2K, @NBA2K and @2KSupport Twitter pages for any updates.
