They're still both in the game. But HoF is the easiest I've ever played this year, because they've nerfed the completely crazy comebacks (thankfully).

Scott OG seemed to explain it's purpose a little too candidly on 2ktv - to lower the users ppg (which it doesn't achieve in my personal experience), but the engine robs Peter to pay paul, as users are just racking up assists instead.

I think the main issue in this discussion is that career guys are seeing one thing, and those with tuneable sliders are seeing/correcting another thing altogether; in effect, we're comparing completely different experiences. I can't comment on whats happening in ML etc, but there is no way 2k can realistically explain what MC users are seeing but not recognising.

Fundamentally defense is broken in this game so ACE can't fix that no matter what it does. The core gameplay has major issues. Any roster maker knows that defense requires a complete overhaul. Defense was better represented on last gen.

I play as a variety of teams for now-

one example-
Just in testing, with ACE on, playing as spurs vs. CLE, ACE will put Kawhi on Irving, which is ok by itself, but...
it switches Parker on to Bron, which is terrible-

ACE needs a LOT of work in my opinion.

When I switch to "Pace" for example as a PG then it shows it every time I go on offense/have the ball on the top right corner. This doesn't change even with ACE on. Same for Freestyle/Motion Cuts etc. I have no idea what it does for my team.
