Help me make my lockdown defender

I have 3 builds in mind.

6'8 240 SF
6'7 230 SF
6'5 200 SG

The 6'5 guy will have 88 lateral quickness. But I'm not sure if he'll be able to guard bigs and have defensive stopper matter. I'm not sure about the 6'8 guy. He's slower than the 6'7 and doesn't gain much of a boost with dunks/layups it looks like.

I want to make this kahwi/rodman kind of build.

Also this is for park. Not so much proam. Though I would like to have a build for both

6'7 or 6'8 should be fine if you want to guard some bigs as well.

Make a 6'6 SF 240.

HOF pick pocket and maxed strength should be enough to guard bigs. You'll have enough ball handling with a boost at 6'6 to be a point forward. Max Post Play and get post badges, you can be a bully on the block against guards.

I see no point in making LDD any bigger than 6'6. Just too much of a liability offensively to do anything besides spot up and cut.

Since you want a chance to compete against bigs: go 6ft6 - 6ft9 even a 6ft10 SF will have about the same lateral quickness that non LDD guards and forwards get at 6ft6
