Is this game worse than last years!?

So far these games always take awhile to mature a little. Judging 2k16(year plus) vs 2k17 2 months in.

My previous version always play a better game than new. 1 year of tweaking and roster edits and its 10 times better vs fresh out.

I think it is. I just play offline only, mainly My Career.

2k has gone and sucked the fun out of that mode almost completely.

With starting you off rated as a ridiculously low 55 OVR, having unskippable cutscenes just until the latest patch over a month from release, increased the price of attributes/accessories, having to purchase dribble moves, rewarding less VC after playing games, extremely limited archetypes etc.

I really could go on but there's no point. All these issues have been raised hundreds of times here and elsewhere but 2k still continues to turn a blind eye.

Just have to have my fingers crossed that they restore some of the fun in 2k18 instead of focusing on filling their pockets.

Yea right their not gonna move back to less $ if their gonna charge for this stuff we should be gettin better updates and lagless servers

I was heated when I first saw that you had to purchase dribbling moves .

The game feels more deep to me. Graphics took a step down however. Some of the player models are quite embarrassing. But the gameplay is better in 2k17. No question

I like the archtype system but i think it needs to be a little less restrictive and with more variety

At this point I'm gonna say yes. There are a lot of reasons why, but I am too tired to write them all. The TO coach and the totally redonk TO menu are some of them.
