Training +1's

I've got all gold on those routines for 3 separate training practices and I've just now unlocked my first +1. They obviously haven't disappeared, they've now made career even more of a slog.

You said ALL. Are you saying in patch 5 we don't even get a single +1 in one training session?

I'm still getting the ones when out on the gym floor. I just got +1 draw foul. They are working for me. I've already maxed out my hustle and stamina so I can't get any in the weight room. I rarely do reaction time but I did one earlier and got a +1 for doing the drill.

So did a bit of testing with my new My Player. The stuff in the weight room still works to get your +1 Stamina or Hustle (or reaction time for Gatorade drill).

However, I did the custom shot one on the practice court about 10 times in total. About 6 of those were just requesting to do it and then exiting straight out of it (which worked before) and then about 4 times getting gold.

Doing this did not give me a single +1 rating to any of the draw foul, intangibles, hands etc. ratings (when usually 3 enters/exits out of the drill would suffice).

So now not only do they stupidly lock attributes behind mind-numbingly boring and repetitive drills, they have now broken the only way to improve those said attributes.

I honestly don't understand what 2k is trying to do here. It seems their futile attempts to balance the online modes, is just destroying the ability to have fun playing offline in My Career.
