What does Offensive Consistency do?

I don't know about MyPlayer but generally off consistency means that the players play at their ratings. A player with low off consistency but great 4 pt ratings might be bricking the whole time in a game even wide open

Does anyone have a high offensive consistency and can tell a big difference???

Offensive consistency determines how consistent of a scorer/shooter you are. Simple.

For example, if you have a 90 3pt rating but only 40 offensive consistency...don't expect to knock down the 3 at a very consistent rate.

A shooter with a 80 3pt rating and 90 offensive consistency will shoot much better than the example above. So it pretty much determines how often your shots fall.

Absolutely, offensive consistency is how consistently you can score over the course of the game.

Damn then why does it take forever to max? This will need 10 seasons to max. And why is there no information about the training? I bet a lot of people have never done it.
