How did these players get rated 98?!!!!

So I'm playing in the park this weekend attempting to take advantage of the 2x rep weekend since 2k linked my freaking My Player to Pro am and the Park and Im maxed at a 95 with a mediocre jump shot as a shot creator so I really need to get the final 10 attributes to add to my midrange. I really thought that maxing out dunks and layups would help but it doesn't.. In Pro Am and My park you can block layups and dunks with ease and missed layups are starting to get on my nerves even with my attributes maxed out you can easily miss layups because you shot meter vision is obstructed by other players when driving to the basket (see previous rant) with that said: I SAW two players in the Park last night who were rated 97 and 98 and were only ranked Allstar 1 in my Park. So how did They get above 95 without the other 10 attributes? Im ranked Allstar 2 and it seems like to get to Superstar to unlock the attributes will be a grind that I probably won't even waste my time with soon I won 5 games in a row in the park and my percentage only went up around 10% with a B ranking average. So does anyone know how these guys ranked up with out the superstar level. Ive never just given up on a 2k bball game but at this point the fun factor is going down the tubes they should just allow you to redistribute your attributes to fine tune your player to the way you want to play.

You need to be a superstar to get the attributes anyone above a 95 and they aren't a superstar glitched their player

I'm 94 overall, I was holding in to my last few upgrades until I got every one that I could get so I could distribute them out.
I currently have 10 upgrades and working on 11.
I didn't glitch or do anything different at all.
2K is just a completely broken game.
I'm not gonna stop grinning upgrades until it stops giving them to me.
I will be at least a 98 and it's 2ks fault, not mine.
