Am I the only one confused as to when the snoop dogg party kicks off? Says 9pm EST/9pm PST, what does that even mean?

I assume that it starts at 9 eastern in every time zone but pacific, where it starts at 9 PST rather than 9 EST (AKA 6 PM in the Pacific time zone.)
