Standing fades

Btw, howd u do that move?
I was fooling around with my new shot creator last night, and tapping back on left stick and holding down shoot is unpredictable: sometimes it is a stepback, and sometimes it's a fade

How do u control whether u want ur man to do a fade or a stepback? Seems to be the same controls..

Fade is hold back, Press and hold shoot.
Stepback is hold back, Tap shoot, then press and hold once you start the animation

Now if your arguing that having separate values for standing and moving 3 is weird, then I agree.
I think both should be separate, but also linked at the same time.
Like have the standing 3 determine the cap for the moving 3, and then another value to determine how worse the moving 3 is to the standing 3
