You can change the game speed. You have to click on the dot character screen in options, exit the screen, and then go to options to change the game speed. It's a glitch in the game.

I was wondering myself lmao but what i ended up doing is go into MyCareer go to Options select Player Appearance, you dont have to change anything just save and exit then go to gameplay setting and the game speed will pop up.

Rofl I dont know what the developers are smoking, but it must be good, thats what I call a glitch...
