Frozen screen game will not load

so i have updated my xbox one but for some reason the game will not load it gets stuck at the team logo's i have tried restarting my xbox and also unplug
even did a controller update, i noticed the other day that it did not want to start until i tried like 4 times now it wont even start period and i hate the thought of having to re install the game because of the bandwithe that would be used.

i even cleaned the disc
any suggestions would be great

I had this last night; fortunately I was on the phone at the time and while I was on it eventually loaded past it. Took a good chunk of time but the game fixed itself so I'd recommend waiting it out

Has happened to me as well the last 2 days. It literally took around 8-10 minutes each time to load

Go to manage 2K and go to your memory and clear reserved space. Should start up fine but when it says something like connecting to 2K servers and give you the option to cancel, DO NOT HIT CANCEL. Just give it awhile. If it's taking too long for your liking just reset your Xbox but whatever you DO NOT HIT CANCEL.

I'm having this issue as well. This is the first time I've seen something like this. Was this bug introduced with a recent game update?

Hopefully 2K can fix it...

What if you do? I cleared the reserved space and w/o noticing, my internet went down. Then gave me the first screen when first playing askingnfor me to create a profile. Now every time I start the game it can't connect to 2k service

Most likely your saves will be corrupt. I don't know about not being to connect to 2K servers. Maybe they are down right now for everyone. I am not home though to see.

We need another patch. This will be my third time in a week where I cleared the reserved space. Thank God I have fast internet.
