Is there ANYTHING I can do about the Double Teams

ANY solution? The cup double teams to much and It makes the game way to easy to get assist. I haven't played in a month if there's no fix I'm done with game for good.

I'm hoping someone can tell me if the ridiculous cpu double teams shown in videos such as this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lF2vc1S5X9U happen across all game modes or is it just a way for 2k to lower user scoring totals in MyCareer. I was planning on picking up the game tomorrow, but now I'm not so sure. I don't play MyCareer, just player lock in MyLeague, but if this happens in that it seems like a game breaker to me. At least if it does, sliders might be able to fix it. Where as in MyCareer you don't have access to sliders obviously.

happens in mygm/myleague after your score 7 points, especially frustrating if you player lock as a post player

The problem he (and many other i wager) has is not that you can´t beat it.

It makes the game way too easy when the cpu decides it is a good idea to totally over commit on every player who gets even a little hot.

I and others have been complaining about this since release. The only way around is to play Park/PROAM with user controlled players or shut the game off and do something else. Oh and if you decide to play Park / PROAM, be sure to spend extra money on VC.

It's not even the points. I had only 2 pts but 8 assists with LeBron in one quarter and he was double teamed.

Talking to a friend the other night about this. It's unrealistic until the 4th, and that's just out of desperation. In real life, most Coaches would look at a different defensive scheme before flat out doubling. And then the double is NEVER 1 pass away like it is 75% of the time in 2k.

I mean, Someone gets hot Vs. GSW, then Kerr is probably rotating Klay, Dray, or Iggy on them to see if that helps. Oh? You're 6/6 with 4 assists against Houston? Say Hello to Mr. Beverly, he's going to be in your damn T-shirt for 94ft of the next infinity possessions.

If that doesn't work, then yeah, a double might come. But even then the Logic needs to be "Send McGee's man to double" not "Send Curry's man 10 feet away to double".

I only play offline modes. Will this game permantly be like this??
