My vote goes to team up . It's more fun to play with the actual teams and players. Not only that the players have different strengths and weaknesses.

But I rarely play teamup for 2 reasons. 1. Pro am has a much more active community and seems more rewarding. 2. Teamup leagues often seem unbalanced.

I can relate to both points. But, if there's any unbalance I would have to argue that the unbalance factor is more in line in the ProAm realm than TeamUp.

I'd love if they could implement a Teamup league in the same fashion that they do Pro Am.

Load into a court with your team, then match up with another squad, choose your players, and then keep track of your record/leaderboards/stats.

That'd be pretty cool. But right now the Teamup community just isn't very big, and this comes from someone who plays Teamup maybe 4 nights a week in private games.

Retired25Won2K:

You should post an actual poll so people can click & vote.

Team Up because it requires more skill... Not everybody is a 90+

That's just my opinion though.

Re: ProAm or TeamUp (which is better)

ProAm...hands down.

In my opinion, Pro-Am is the future of 2k. MyCareer in general has already taken over Quick Game, MyTeam and basically all the other game modes.

Park is OK but a necessary "evil" for ProAm. Once you get a solid group of people you can play with on the real ProAm (not Walk-On..very different in terms of team unity), this is the ideal simulation of basketball in a video game. Everyone has to work together, chemistry is important, play style, practice plays/defenses as a team, etc...

I think once ProAm gets a better league system and some other tweaks it will be very very good. It has some good changes from last year but some bad ones too. Highly recommend this mode...it's basically all I play.

But to be clear again, Walk-On ProAm may seem similar but it's a whole new "ball game" for owning and playing on an established team
