my 6'1 playermaker cant make wide open 3s

Just keep practicing. I can hit corner 3's with my glass cleaner and LDD PF at around 58 3pt and just went 3 for 5 from 3 on my PG playmaker last game... I mean I dont hit like i do on my sharp shooter but if you're open you should be fine with a 70something rating.

What is your shooting % on wide open 3s? Do you have any data to back up your claim?

Shooters miss shots everyday B, you'll be alright.

I would bet it is just your release is not a good one. With the release I used to use on my fully badged sharp shooter I would still miss wide open threes all the time even with a full white release. Once I played around with the shot creator and found a better release, it has made a huge difference.

Yeah, if you're open and shooting smart shots... you should hit em. I am a Point Forward (72 3pt shooting) and I hit over 50% of my 3s in Pro-am Team and lights out in Pro-Am Walk-on.

I don't take bad shots, though. I am usually in the corner and open when I hit them.

If you're trying to use a playmaker to make plays for yourself - you won't hit em. You gotta shoot 3s like Chris Paul not like Steph Curry.
