Non-My Team Player Ratings Database

Is there a current resource that lists the current overall ratings? All I have found thus far are databases with the My Team ratings.

Bumping this from January. I, too, would love to know if this exists.

If it does not, I was thinking about building a site to house that data myself. (I am a web designer and developer by trade.)

In that situation, does anybody have spreadsheets of player ratings from NBA 2K17 or earlier games?

I would like to track ratings for players across games and, if a player is missing from a roster, such as Amar'e Stoudemire in NBA 2K17, I would want to use his ratings in prior games as a benchmark for create-a-player.
