Offline Downloads

Hey guys,

So recently my entire apartment complex got a bad IP address and Sony has since banned everyone using the Internet from Playstation Network. Basically it is an all around awful situation for me right now with no more online gaming. Thus, I was hoping I could maybe have some of your all's help. I don't know if there is a place for this already or not, but I was hoping that I could somehow get a download I could put onto a USB of the current roster along with at least two years of draft classes if it isn't too much trouble and is even possible anymore. Thank you all so much and I really hope this doesn't last for long.
