I'm in New York. Just started game up. Had to download this patch. It says it's gonna take 3 hours. What the heck is this thing?

I thought one of the benefits of putting PS4 in rest mode was so patches would download automatically? Am I mistaken on that? Because 2K never updates on it's own.

I've had problems with mine downloading patches in rest mode as well, but in this example, I believe this update literally JUST got pushed out.

Why another 7 gig patch so soon? Killing any continuity anyone could have with this game smh. Downloading it now here in Cakalack!

They're always gonna be 7gb (at least), even if its just a 50mb update.

The way they patch their game seems to be old school, where you're getting a new Client File each time. It's like fixing a typo in a MS Word DOC, but re-sending the whole DOC file instead of just that 1 sentence worth of data.
