When are these trashy servers going to get fixed

Just lost about 2 hours worth of work in a draft class because i got hit with the "Certain features require a connection to xbox live" bull****. It sent me back to the main menu without giving me a chance to save or anything. Wtf is this? There's no ****ing excuse for having such ****ty servers when you're making millions upon millions of ****ing dollars every year.

I know i'm not the only person pissed off by the fact that there's always connection issues that 2k try's to blame on us and our internet when they're the ones that are the problem

Because there is no accountability on 2ks behalf. We dont have access to anyone involved on the developers side to let the customer know what exactly is the problem with their servers. 2K has community managers that dont answer your questions or they direct you to a support group who more than likely will provide you with generic responses towards

Yea which makes me even angrier. Most companies at least have a functioning customer support system, but 2k either redirects you to some pointless thread on their website or to the 2k support twitter account which does no help at all
