Any of you play NBA 2K on a monitor?

Could you tell the difference when playing 2k on a monitor compared to a TV? I'm asking cause I've noticed at times I look like I have an open shot only to have someone close in and contest it (forcing me to brick.) Idk if it's input lag or whatnot but can ppl who play 2k on a monitor give me feedbacks?

I plsy 99% of time on a 24" monitor with 1ms refresh rate and there is more lag on my tv.

I play on my monitor and it's a much better experience.

I'll go to my TV on occasion when I just want to lay in bed and chill while getting rep, lol.

I have my ps4 hooked up to an ASUS 24" 1ms monitor and it performs very well. Smooth, no lag, and looks good. I was hooked up to a 60" samsung LED but actually prefer the monitor for gaming.

Asus VG248? That's what I got. Real great like I mentioned above.

                  I play on a Samsung

I get better input from the monitor than I do the TV

Not sure on that difference but single numbers versus double digits is a noticeable difference like 10 vs 5 but not sure about 1 versus 5

I think you may be suffering connection input lag more so than graphic input lag. I suffer lag related to connection but I do get a smoother graphical performance out of the monitor,

So I'm guessing the difference between 1ms and 2ms isnt that noticeable? Also the difference between 1ms and 5ms isn't noticeable also?

It might be on pc or for certain games depending on how hard they work your graphics card

I couldn't even begin to explain how it all works though because I really don't have the expert knowledge. I just have edperience with different monitors and basically go by what those expert sales geeks tell you.

I play on my LG 27UD68-P 27 4k IPS monitor. It has the same input-delay as my Asus PG278Q and PG248Q.

You should be worry more about input lag , response time that low won't make a big difference but input lag will

Used to play on a monitor but now I play on my 55 inch TV while chilling on my bed. I don't notice any difference except that my neck and back feel much better
