Why do PnR's always lead to offensive rebounds?

This is a common theme I've been noticing all year against guys who run nothing but PnRs. Stopping it isn't really the issue, but your guy guarding the roller ALWAYS ,and I mean ALWAYS, loses his position in battling for the board!

Is there a specific setting I can select on the PnR defensive settings to stop this or is the CPU just that awful in the awareness department in this game that nothing can be done?

Thanks!

Sorry I don't have an answer to your question, but I need to pay better attention in my career and see if it's similar results (I need help getting offensive rebounds)

My settings for the pick and roll are:

If the BH can shoot: Go over/No hedge

If the BH can't shoot: Go under/Catch hedge

If the roll man is really athletic I tag the roller.

I don't have problems with getting the rebound so maybe this can help you out.

Fairly common in pro am and park as well.

I can sneak a lot of offensive rebounds after I set picks. Its hard to keep a guy that active off the boards tho.
