All save files corrupt & game restarting at 98% in pregame screen

I was in process of loading a game for testing and and 98% the game would Reset and game to the Xbox home screen. I proceeded to try and 2nd time and the same thing happened. When I began to load for the 3rd time and multiple messages flashed on screen saying my files were corrupt. When I went into check them in Roster editor none of my Off Line files had any names. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Edit: All of the resetting was when I tried to play in QUICK PLAY mode
