Do these changes also affect Pro-am or Park modes? For example, bumping is for AI only in the Offline games or for online myplayer vs myplayer too?

Why are shot creators broken when they have a 94 off dribble overall, why are sharpshooter broken when they have a 94 standing 3pt overall, why is it that playmakers can shoot better then both sharpshooter and shot creators combine and there shooting abilities don't even match or combine to a sharpshooter or shot creator..... EXPLANATION PLEASE

No new tendencies added. Every single player on current rosters minus (Uthoff, Long, Garino, Georges-Hunt, Walter Tavares, Dahntay Jones) were revised w/ updated tendencies to fit gameplay. You have to use latest official roster for changes to show.

They didn't add new tendencies, just updated them. They are still not right but much much better.

Oh ok, im only 10 games into my franchise, are the updates worth starting over?? Will gameplay b better

I would definitely start over. The gameplay is much better with the new update as well as the sim stats. The dribble moves, however, are at all 0s for most players, which is good but even Kyrie has 0s, so I'm not sure if that was an over sight or not, but a couple people have mentioned that there is supposed to be another tendency update.
