Shot Close Rating

Does anybody know when the "Shot Close" rating applies? Is a moving pull up close to the basket also in this rating? Also what about

- close fade-aways out of post?
- close Hop steps out of post?
- Floaters?

I was actually gonna test this by giving a guy a 25 shot close but a 99 post control, hook and fade. Was wondering the same thing myself

Shot close does affect floaters and runners. It effects post fades and hooks when in the paint. Mid range takes over at a certain point. I saw a picture on Twitter that shows where but I'm not sure I can find it.
