Playoff Round Advance Issue

Using a start today my league with the spurs. Just finished the rockets series, won in 6 games. I am now waiting for the 3 other series to finish so I simulate the rest of the round. 2 out of the 3 series sim out to complete, one sits stuck with a 3-1 series lead and it just keeps simulating straight to the offseason, the playoffs don't finish. I tried controlling the teams in the series that gets stuck and it makes no difference. No matter what I tried, it just simulates right through. This is really frustrating because I put in a lot of time into this playoff run and have had great games, and it looks all for nothing as this glitch has ruined the playoffs. Anyone else experience this?
