Is there a problem with Start Today mode?

Hopefully it gets fixed soon. I can't imagine it will ever work again once the finals are over.

Maybe they will just update the "Start in the Offseason" mode. But knowing 2k this feature is dead for the year

Knowing 2K if this continues until the end of the season they will just move on completely to the next one...Giving some people the ability to skip into the next season would cause a loss of some VC income...And since this isn't tied to VC it isn't a priority.

Are we able to load custom rosters in Start Today mode?

If so, it would somewhat be a band-aid fix to the problem as I'm sure they'll be some rosters (possibly even better) that'll have the correct contracts.

No and it wouldn't work anyway.

You can't give players 0 years on their contract, if you put all of those players in FA you would lose any years of service...bird rights...etc., and you need to have 13 players on a roster so if you tried pushing out FAs you would still have a roster full of place-holder players.

Right now it just ignores a season even happened

Well that sucks if we really have to edit 400+ players, after entering the mode, just to get the right contract details

I tweeted @LD2k and @Ronnie2k. LD replied and said he'd send it over to the producers. So if you guys tweet hit them up. If we send them enough tweets maybe something will get done.
