How did you get that high pass, shadows and highlights effect? ive been searching for years. Can anyone help?

Great work i love the cover, I'm gonna print it out and use it for my copy of the game

use topaz lab denoise to smoothen the picture and then use topaz adjust, choose stylized collection and then choose between HDR - Sketch, Psychedelic, or Surreal
