-Use a number randomizer to determine the potentials of all lottery picks. This allows for more genuine "draft bust" and think about it, no one really knows how a guy projects 5+ years out, so why not leave it to a dice roll?

-lower all rookies intangibles. This ensures there isn't a plethora of super rookies stealing starting gigs from bonafide veterans. Also, force most rooks to be non-starters for atleast a season. These two things will stop all this 12+ rooks avg double figures bull****.
