How do you earn more attribute caps, badges, etc. in MyCareer?

If I'm only playing for the park and just playing offline to upgrade my player, what can I do? What is the fastest way to earn more attribute upgrades after you use them all? I heard it's practice, but what is the minimum amount of work you have to do/fastest way to do it?

What about badges? Just go in on Rookie and destroy the CPU?

12 min, 90 or 100 game speed (enter then exit myplayer appearance if does not appear). Look up the badge requirements youtube, Google and spam the steal stick/button. You have to do all those practices honestly. Loading times suck. Do the drills you like and just stop the ones you dont. Fill the doin' bar everytime. Combo of box jumps and vertical jump is quick if you don't care about all those attributes. I would try to go by Coach Brubaker for dribble moves anytime you can though for offensive consistency.
