MyPlayer Question: Free Agency

I'm almost done with my season (Yeah, I'm slow, I play every game though), and with the free agency I had two questions:

1. Can you see the rosters of the other teams to see who is still on each team and who they added?

2. If I go to say the Clippers because Paul has sent texts to me, would the game be smart enough to put Justice (who is a PG) at SG or does Paul go to the bench? Or if my guy is a SF and I go to somewhere like Milwaukee, would they move the Greek Freak to a different position or me to SG so we're both on the court?

When I asked for a trade to the Raptors justice and I went and Lowry came off the bench. I was a PF meaning they could have technically gone Lowry - Justice - Demar - Me - JV

Paul will likely come off the bench.

You can see the roster but somehow they messed that up too and it shows the roster they had at season end and NOT the one they will have when you actually start the season.
