Nope. Guys like Westbrook and Harden already have their draw foul attributes in the high 90s, but it has no effect

I can't believe FTs are even worse than they were last year, it's goddamn unplayable.

Remove all inside and outside shooting badges and the percentages drop significantly. More than that, coaching sliders for EACH team affects stats for players, teams, and the league overall.
