nba 2k15, nba 2k16, nba2k17... which is the best?

From the last 3 versions of NBA2K on Xbox1 compare and contrast the last 3 games leading up to which one you pick is the best. I'm a big fan of classic/retro NBA. Besides, I'm not interested in the New Nike Jerseys for this coming season.

If you're into classic teams then 2K16 and 2K17 have more classic teams than 2K15. 2K16 has the best gameplay out of all three though so I'd go with that one.

If we are talking gameplay I'd probably have to go with 2k16 based off memory, though I haven't played since 2k17 came out. 2k17 might be better in some regards but I remember never getting bored with 2k16 and enjoying the overall balance. I loved that game. 2k15 is probably my least favorite of the bunch. I recall getting bored with 2k15 quick in comparison to other 2ks.

I will never forgive the arcade cheesefest 2k15 was. Baseline dunk cheese, zig zag cheese, green from 3 everytime...........It was an abomination to the sport of basketball.

2k16 before all the patches competed with 2k11 with the best basketball game ever made.

I would put 2K14 above 15' as well. Really didn't enjoy that version of 2K. From the graphics to the gameplay.

2K16, when you could let your imagination flow with the dribble controls...I'll argue to this day that game was nowhere near as bad as this place made it out to be..

I pray 2K18 is closer to it in that aspect..
