I'm usually not one to read too much into random things but now that you mention it, that is kind of curious placement of a random Bullets banner.



I don't know a ton about Verizon Center banners but it looks too generic to match anything that'd typically be hanging there.



Plus, it's kind of seemed like 2K's been trying to knock down every team that didn't have a classic team yet leading up to this point and the Washington franchise is one of two yet to lay claim to a retro (the Los Angeles Clippers being the other).

Chances seem slim with only three teams left (assuming the '93 Nets are legit), but I'm definitely pondering a 90's Bullets team more now than I was before reading your post.

Edit: Also, regarding one of the other few possibilities for the remaining teams, here's the quote from 2K's Chris Manning after being asked whether Baron Davis could ever make an appearance with a classic team:

He seemed to emphasis the "we believe" portion, seemingly hinting at the 2007 "We Believe" Warriors. Or maybe I'm crazy.

Sorry Guys. I didn't mean to scare anybody. I was just getting frustrated by lack of prime Spurs teams. Because three of the final 4 teams are likely-

Prime Lob City Clippers (no Odom for earlier clips)
Classic Wizards/Bullets team
92-93 Nets

So thats 1 last spot for 10 Lakers/11 Bulls/02 Nets/Any Spurs Team. Not including a prime Spurs team doesnt make any sense because you supposedly have every relevant players license. Also the "boring" angle went out the window when they included that boring and historically irrelevant 06 Grizzlies team.

But we still have 4 more reveals so who knows! We will know all by Tuesday at 5 pm!

Man gonna be really upset if they don't add one of the 2009-2010 Lakers championship teams, if it was between them and the 2004 Lakers I would've preferred Gasol/Kobe teams.

I believe Granger was traded that year, to the Clippers in fact! But surely he'd make All Time Pacers team?
