They never have been fully editable; doubt they are now. At least not on the consoles.

I was just going off what LD2K told us when he told us the All-Time teams are fully editable in the Roster Creator (unlike the Dream Team roster from last year).

Guess my mind thought something different than was actually going to happen. But ya, probably can't change hair I guess.

This pic gives me hope that each all-time can choose between short shorts and long shorts. If that's the case, hopefully Pacers and Suns get 90s uniforms to choose, then we can edit roster make a couple of CAPS and we'll be in business boys.
