I've gotta agree with Goffs here. I think the linear, corny, and space eating storylines have ruined My Career mode. My Career was always about having your story unfold as your career progresses. Everyone's story was unique. But now, everyone has the same story and nothing about your story is any different from everyone else's. This is why I never play My Career anymore. I have resorted to player locking in My League, and I must say... BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Mehh to each his own. Yes the 2k story lines are extremely corny, but what do you expect to happen if they dont pay for top quality writers ?

Resorting to player locking in my leauge is not something most people would do .

But seriously tho new ideas are great and all but with how corny and terrible the story lines have been this is another one if those can't see this not turning into a train wreck ones for me.

My reference to player locking in My League was more of a solution to getting away from the linear story driven My Career. Not saying that's what people should do. I was trying to say that I think 2K should remove storylines as a whole. Not hire high priced writers.
