It has to be the cavs. I guarantee the team was already in he game waiting for Irving to be traded. This just happens to be the perfect spot since the rest of the teams were all announced yesterday

15-16 Cavs would be kind of weak but this is essentially an unexpected bonus team so I'll take what we get. Hard to complain about a team that as of yesterday wasn't going to be in the game.
