Nah. But I think if you pre-order the game they abide by the early release.

Best buy imo traded in 2k17 and ended up with the legend edition around 65 and a $10 reward

for people in the UK/EU I just pre-ordered off of Shopto

Got it for £39.50 which is £6 cheaper than amazon and every pre-order I've made from them before has arrived on the day or before.
