No idea why devs remain silent on this topic. ACE was probably the worst part of 2K17. You dont get an option to turn it off, and even if it's shown as "off" it actually does something in the back.

AI dictating what defense I have to run is straight bs.

They have to know this is an issue, right? jeez. I don't know anything about their engine but It really can't take more than a weekend from their programmers to iron out these ACE/menu issues.

Im going to be very upset if ACE isnt working right once again this yr. I cant imagine they would screw this up 2 yrs in a row. I know they have added and improved so many things, but this is a huge issue if ACE is broke again this yr.

I can definitely imagine nothing being fixed. The menus and ACE was borked ALL YEAR for 2K17 and nothing was done, 2K does not deserve any benefit of the doubt. Add it to the list of ever growing legacy issues.

2K will continue not to care as long as they keep getting kids to buy VC and the money train doesn't stop. They really have no issue with going in on the customer with no Vaseline.
