It looks like 2K has fixed/upgraded CAP Faces !

Oh yeah . It will interesting to see how CAP plays out without it. My fear is this years CAP with have the same problem as Madden and NBA live have, where after years in your Franchise, you start seeing the same,faces on every team.

That's exactly how it's going to end up. 2k's new cap system is almost the same exact thing as NBA Live's

I don't know how to feel about this yet. I can make good faces with the current system, but they never look as good as the real players. Some faces are just easier to recreate than others. Some are even impossible. At the same time, randomly generated players tend to have crazy looking faces which I have to fix all the time when creating fantasy draft classes.

Maybe this is a better system in terms of having "good" looking players. At least this way, players will look good enough no matter what. And then hopefully next year 2K can improve on it, instead of sitting on a system that they can't upgrade.

EDIT: For example on my skills (lol), check out my 2K16 draft class on the link in my sig. I didn't share a draft class in 2K17 since EmbraceThePace's class was good enough to use.

If it means it takes less work to make players look like themselves, then I'm all for it. If CAPs don't look as good as last year in terms of creating legends and other historic players, I won't be a fan
