I couldn't access microsoft store on web or mobile, nor find it on my console, but if you have an updated windows PC, you can find it in the store app and beam it to your console. 2% loaded baby!!!

For PS4 I went to all games, sort by newest first, and scrolled down past the pre-orders and found it. Started the download no problem.
